Technical training by Elche CF is a space dedicated to the comprehensive development of young footballers who want to improve their skills and take their game to the next level. Designed for boys and girls of different ages and skill levels, our academy focuses on technical and tactical refinement, offering specialized training sessions tailored to each player’s individual needs.
Under the guidance of highly qualified coaches with extensive experience in youth football, participants receive personalized attention that allows them to work on key aspects such as ball control, passing accuracy, decision-making, and physical development.
Our methodology also includes exercises and activities that promote teamwork, tactical intelligence, and leadership skills—fundamental pillars of modern football.

ACTIVITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Weather conditions and session cancellations
Sessions will be cancelled when an official orange or red weather warning is in effect in the city of Elche and affects the scheduled activity time.
In the event of cancellation:
Full course: cancelled sessions will not be rescheduled. At the end of the course, if between 5 and 9 sessions have been cancelled, the participant will receive a €50 voucher to use for other Elche C.F. Academy activities. If 10 or more sessions have been cancelled, the voucher will be worth €100. Vouchers cannot be combined.
5-session Pass: the reserved session will not be deducted and may be used for any subsequent available session, subject to the pass validity conditions.
Kit
The kit is not included in the activity fee and must be purchased separately. Academy clothing may be reused for different activities organized by Elche C.F. Academy.
Internal Regulations
Participation in the activity implies compliance with the Elche C.F. Youth Academy Internal Regulations, which apply to all registered players.
