Comprehensive development in both sport and values. This is the goal of the Elche C.F. Girls’ Football School, a program designed for girls who want to take their first steps in football, regardless of their previous experience.
A unique training methodology developed by qualified professionals; a learning environment adapted to each player’s age and ability; a Club philosophy that instils the meaning of the Franjiverde spirit from an early age; and an educational approach that goes beyond football, promoting teamwork, respect, effort, and family involvement.
Ultimately, a place to discover, learn, and enjoy football in a healthy environment, supporting girls’ sporting and personal development while guiding them through their first steps at Elche C.F.
